Questions
Are 3D and 4D plates road legal?
Yes, as long as the characters are a single shade of black, in the standard font and spacing, and the plate is marked with BS AU 145e and the supplier's name. Every plate we make meets those rules.
What documents do I need?
Photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport, and proof you're entitled to the registration: your V5C logbook, a V750 or V778 certificate, or a V948. After you order, send a photo of both by WhatsApp or email.
Why do you need my documents?
Every DVLA registered number plate supplier has to check them by law before making plates. It stops plates being made for cars that aren't yours.
Which badges are legal?
The UK identifier on its own or with the Union flag, Cross of St George, Saltire or Red Dragon of Wales. The green flash is only for zero emission vehicles. Other flags, logos and team badges are not road legal.
Do you make show plates?
No. We only make road legal plates.
What if I type my reg wrong?
We check your reg against your V5C before we make anything. If they don't match we'll contact you before going ahead.
Can you fit them for me?
Yes. Tick fitting in the builder and bring the car to the studio.
