Refund policy

Made to order
Every plate is made to your registration, so we can’t accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once your plates have been made. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Before we make your plates
If you cancel before we start making your plates, we’ll refund you in full. If you can’t provide ID and proof of entitlement (e.g. V5C), we can’t make your plates and we’ll refund you in full.

Faulty or wrong plates
If your plates arrive damaged, faulty, or not as you ordered, contact us within 14 days of receiving them with a photo. We’ll remake them free of charge or refund you.

Mistakes in your order
Please check your registration and style before you pay. If the mistake is in the details you gave us, we can remake your plates at the normal price.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
